Today, as we mark World Environment Day, under the global theme #NowForClimate, we reaffirm NSML’s commitment to environmental stewardship and sustainable operations.

Across our business, sustainability remains embedded in how we operate; from adherence, to regulatory environmental standards and to the adoption of modern technologies that reduce environmental impact and improve efficiency.

Beyond compliance, our commitment is demonstrated through our flagship corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiative, the Clean Waterways Initiative (CWI), launched several years ago and structured around a Triple‑A strategy of Awareness, Advocacy, and Action. The initiative has progressed well with quarterly clean‑up exercises at the Bonny waterfront in Bonny Island.

These efforts reflect our belief that protecting the environment requires consistent action, shared responsibility and long‑term commitment.
