NSML sponsors and participates at the “27th Maritime HR & Crew Management Conference” in London, United Kingdom
The 27th edition of the ACI Maritime & Crew Management Conference held from Wednesday, 20th to Thursday, 21st October 2021 at the Park Plaza Hotel, Westminster in London. NSML, as part of its Brand Management Plan, was a corporate sponsor of the event, signalling its role as a major player in the global maritime services industry.
The conference focused on issues relating to training and maritime HR solutions for seafarers of the future; considering the development of automated vessels, the impact of new technologies on recruitment and the evolution of seafarers’ roles; as well as its impact on health and safety.
The NSML delegation was led by the Manager Human Resources, Mr Henry Agbodjan, who delivered a well-received presentation about NSML on behalf of the MD/CEO NSML. NSML staff from the Human Resources department and the Business Development and Strategy unit were part of the delegates at the conference.
