The 2025 International Fleet Officers Conference (IFOC), held from 21st to 25th July in Dubai, UAE, brought together NSML’s office and sea staff under the compelling theme: “Navigating the Talent Sea.”

A key highlight was the impactful training session on HSE Leadership and Fleet Management, delivered by expert consultants from Lloyd’s Register (LR).
