NSML organised the 2025 Fleet Officers Conference in Abuja from Monday, 3 rd – Friday, 7 th November 2025 in Abuja, FCT. The theme of the conference was “Navigating the Talent Seas – A Strategic Approach to Seafarer Lifecycle Management”.
The conference brought together Nigerian and international fleet officers for a week of strategic dialogue, focused learning, impactful innovation, and constructive collaboration. Through engaging indoor and outdoor sessions, participants explored key topics on safety leadership, fleet management, and the seafarer lifecycle characterised by positive and productive moments of learning and relearning.
The event served as a catalyst for shaping the futureof maritime talent and operations in NSML.
