The captain and crew of AXIOS II held a “Safety Evening” event onboard the vessel to reinforce the importance of staying alert and keeping safety at the centre of daily operations.
During the session, Chinaza Okoroafor (Ordinary Seaman) was recognised as the “Safety Person of the Month for February 2026” for his consistency, attentiveness, and positive influence on the team.
This simple act of recognition continues to strengthen the safety culture onboard the vessel and reminds everyone that safe operations are a collective responsibility.
