The 2023 NSML Fleet Officers’ Conference, for Nigerian Officers held from Monday 20th -24th November 2023 in Lagos.
As part of the activities lined up for the conference, Lloyds Register (LR) facilitated a leadership training for the vessels’ Senior Management Team (SMT). The conference provided an opportunity and a veritable platform for the NSML Management Team to interact and engage with the vessels’ SMT.
A maiden Long Service Award (LSA) was organized for for staff who have spent ten years and above with the company, in recognition of their contribution to the growth and successes of the company.
