The AKTORAS made its maiden voyage to Bonny Island on Thursday, 25th July 2024.
NSML, the Fleet Manager, BGT, the disponent owner and NLNG, the charterer, and other stakeholders were present at the ceremony to commemorate the landmark event at the Jetty 2 Terminal of the Nigeria LNG Limited in Bonny Island, on Friday, 26th July 2024.
The AKTORAS, a state-of-the-art and modern LNG vessel, combines advanced technology and robust design to deliver exceptional performance and efficiency. It is an eco-friendly and fuel efficient vessel that will enhance the achievement of the decarbonisation target of NLNG. It will also play a crucial role in boosting the operational capacity and reliability of NLNG’s shipping operations.
It is the latest addition to the fleet of vessels managed and crewed by NSML, which is a testament to its professionalism, reliability and efficiency as an integrated marine services company supporting the growth and development of the Nigerian maritime sector.
