NSML participated at the recently concluded Nigeria-Africa Natural Resource & Energy Investment Summit (NAFNIS), which held in Abuja from Monday, 30th May – Friday, 3rd June 2022. The Abuja summit was the maiden edition, and participants from various African countries attended the event.
The MD/CEO of NSML, Mr. Abdulkadir Ahmed, was a panellist at the plenary session focused on “Natural Gas and the Climate” at the summit, alongside other panellists drawn from private sector companies and agencies in Nigeria and South-Africa.
The objectives of the summit include; the financing of sustainable natural resources and energy projects in Africa, the promotion of trade & knowledge sharing amongst African nations, the development of a policy strategy to harness natural resources and the reduction of poverty on the continent.
