The Nigeria LNG Plant and associated Marine Terminal are located on Bonny Island, on the Eastern Bank of the Bonny River, approximately 40km south of Port Harcourt in River State, Nigeria. Access to the Terminal, from the sea, is via the Bonny Bar Channel, which is some 10 (ten) nautical miles long. Total distance from the Sea Buoy (Pilot Boarding Area) to the Terminal is about 16 (sixteen) nautical miles. The terminal exports LNP, LPG and Condensate cargoes.
