The AKTORAS made its maiden voyage to Bonny Island on Thursday, July 25 2024.
NSML, the Fleet Manager, BGT, the disponent owner, NLNG, the charterer, and other stakeholders were present at the ceremony to commemorate the landmark event at the Jetty 2 Terminal of the Nigeria LNG Limited in Bonny Island on Friday, July 26 2024.
The AKTORAS, a state-of-the-art and modern LNG vessel, combines advanced technology and robust design to deliver exceptional performance and efficiency. It is an eco-friendly, fuel-efficient vessel that will help NLNG achieve its decarbonisation target. It will also play a crucial role in boosting the operational capacity and reliability of NLNG’s shipping operations.
It is the latest addition to the fleet of vessels managed and crewed by NSML, a testament to its professionalism, reliability, and efficiency as an integrated marine services company supporting the growth and development of the Nigerian maritime sector.
